- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
- Knowledge and experience with mini-splits, heat pumps, high velocity systems, boilers, and other residential HVAC systems.
- Experience with communicating systems
- Experience with Inverter units
- (Preferred but not required) Experience with oil systems
- (Preferred but not required) NATE Certification

Gareth and Ryan came from Ireland to the states in 2000. In 2001 Gareth started his own business, Kelly Electric Co Inc, Ryan started and ran a plumbing business called Antrim Plumbing. They both operated their own independent businesses until October 2018 when they decided to launch a new business Dream Team Home Services offering plumbing, electric and HVAC services. Dream Team Home Services has been a thriving business ever since and continues to grow every year!
